The Stache Grynder is made to be the last metal herb grinder you will ever need. The Grynder is rich with innovative changes made with the average consumer in mind. Dry herbs today tend to be richer in terpenes and denser in structure, much different from a century ago when the first herb grinders were popularized. Old designs cause friction and buildup of various plant materials, leading to a loss in quality of the dry herb before it can be consumed. The Stache Grynder is designed to mitigate all of these issues with its innovative design that features:
- Micro rounded-teeth
- Beveled Edges
- 6063 Aviation anodized aluminum make
- Pollen Shovel and Brush
Stache put our micro rounded teeth Grynder to the test against other style grinders on the market. The results ended with Stache Grynder preserving the most terpenes and thc post grind. Keep the good stuff on your bud, not stuck in your grinder.
Most metal herb grinders today have sharp teeth that are rigid and are made to “shred” dry herbs into a material that can be easily manipulated and smoked or vaped. This stems from the original designs that were made to cut through stems and fully grind dry herbs into a consistency that allowed for rolling and packing. This is no longer necessary for a majority of dry herbs available today! The Grynder’s small, rounded teeth are designed to separate and grind fluffy and sometimes sticky dry herbs into a usable material, all without stripping any of the quality from the dry herb.
The 3-Piece Grynder model could be said to be the base model of the Grynder. It is made up of all the base features, and comes with a logo’d wooden finish on the top of the unit. It is devoid of any storage, and is also without a pollen screen. In this way, all the valuable compounds and terpenes that would be separated during the grinding process and with the pollen screen are all kept together with the ground herb.
Most metal herb grinders are designed with flat edges in the interior, allowing for buildup of plant matter in corners, leading to grinders getting stuck. Not only does it make using the grinder more difficult, it is stealing the quality of your dry herb as terpenes and other compounds are gathered in the edges rather than sticking to the ground material. The Stache Grynder has rounded edges all-throughout the interior. This means that the already reduced amount of stripped plant material and beneficial compounds are naturally funneling into the bottom chamber! There are no right-angles for dry herb to collect.
